Some standard alert sounds saved in the raw format required for
the SMSQ/E Sampled Sound System.

SSS samples have a sample rate of 20khz.
SSS samples are saved in pairs (left, right, left, right, etc...)
SSS samples are byte values between 0 and 255. The "zero" level is 128.
